Short breaks - Min 3 nights may be booked
within a fortnight of the break start date except for the quiet
season (late Oct to Mar excluding school holidays) when they
can be booked in advance - 01473 832454 Prices are based on
a percentage of the weekly rate: 3 night stay = 70%, 4 night stay = 85%, 5/7 nights = 100% of
the weekly tariff.

time : is after
4pm (unless by special arrangement), but please advise us if
your arrival will be much later.
Departure time : is 10:00am
Horse Livery : £50
per week pro rata . Includes : stable & turnout, 1 bale straw and hay ad lib. Extra bedding available if required.
Booking : Please telephone
or complete the 'online booking request form' to confirm availability
before sending your confirmation and deposit. We can hold a cottage ‘provisionally’ for
7 days only.
Deposits : 20% of
the total cottage rental is payable on booking. Payment via cheque
drawn on a UK Bank ( payable to ‘Damerons Farm Holidays'
) or via Sterling Draft. The balance is payable 30 days prior
to arrival. Non payment at this time may be deemed to be a cancellation
of the booking. Payment by credit card accepted subject to 1.9%
handling charge.
Cancellation : We reserve
the right to obtain full cost of the holiday booked in the event
of cancellation. We will endeavor to re-let and, if successful,
we shall refund all funds received except for £25.00 administration
costs, per cottage, per week.
We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance
policy to cover this. You may obtain this through your own Insurance
Broker Company.
