self catering holidays in rural Suffolk
Arrival time : is after 4.00pm , but please
advise us of your estimated arrival time.
Departure time : is before 10.00am
Damage : Any damage to Damerons Farm property
must be reported. Accidental damage or breakage of a minor
nature will not normally be charged for, but the occupier will
be liable for any damage valued over £10.00.
Guests must leave the accommodation in the same clean, tidy
state it was found on arrival. Extra cleaning after departure
will be charged to the guests. Those hiring stables - please
muck out prior to departure.
Horses : are accepted on the strict condition
that they are in good health, wormed and not carrying any transferable
diseases. The horses are the responsibility of the owner/keeper
and Damerons Farm Holidays accept no responsibility or liability
for any damage/injury caused to anything on or off Damerons
Farm property. Payment of livery to be made prior to arrival
on the same basis as that of the cottages. Horses to be removed
from Damerons Farm at the same time as vacation of the cottage
unless prior written agreement given.
Horse Livery : £10 per night or£50
per week, includes stable, hay, straw and turnout. Discounts
offered for two or more horses.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome at £12
each per week or £10 short breaks. Maximum two dogs per
cottage.
Cottage Occupancy : The number of people
occupying the cottage must not exceed those booked.
Smoking : Smoking in the cottage’s
patio/garden area only. There is a strict ‘no
smoking’ policy within the accommodation.
Liability : The proprietors accept no liability
for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident,
their family, visitors, animals, vehicles or personal effects,
howsoever caused.
In the event : of a cottage becoming uninhabitable
for the following reasons, fire, flood, electricity or water
supply interruption, boiler failure or acts of God, Damerons
Farm Holidays will endeavour to offer suitable alternative
accommodation, or if no such accommodation is available a pro-rata
refund.
Damerons Farm Holidays cannot be held liable for compensation
due to loss of enjoyment in the event of a letting being affected
by any of the above occurrences.
Cancellation : We reserve the right to obtain
full cost of the holiday booked in the event of cancellation.
We will endeavour to re-let and, if successful, we shall refund
all funds received except for £25.00 administration costs,
per cottage, per week.
All statements and information is given in good faith, being
true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, but
the proprietors accept no liability in the event of any such
statement or information being untrue or incorrect.
The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation
and to order any unauthorised persons off the premises.
The proprietor reserves the right to enter the premises at any
time, but will endeavour to do so when convenient to guests.
